We were founded in the United Kingdom by former Civil Servant & Designer, Ashley, in 2022.
The idea for the platform came about due to his personal experiences of mental illness; the lack of understanding in society and the need for greater awareness in the public domain.
Ashley believes more needs to be done to educate and inform about mental health, to tackle ignorance, prejudice and outdated attitudes towards those who suffer. Hence, the podcast was born to give those people a voice to be heard.
